Shipments are made via BARTOLINI courier throughout Italy.

It is possible to pay with Credit card And PAYPAL or
CASH ON DELIVERY (in this case the cost is €3)

For orders under 49.90 the cost is €4.90

Delivery times for goods may vary according to the following specifications:

ITALY – from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 4 days (for islands, remote areas and remote areas);

It is necessary to write to info@eggfamily.it within thirty days of receiving the order and the collection will be booked through the Bartolini courier.

The item must be in the same condition in which it was shipped, with the tag attached.

We reserve the right not to accept returns if the item is not in the appropriate conditions. The refund will be for the returned item and not for the shipping costs of the order.

In the event that the Customer wishes to change the size of the item ordered, he has the right to replace the item with the size requested by him within seven days from the date of receipt of the item.

You must write to info@eggfamily.it indicating the order number and the item you want to exchange. The item must be sent in the same condition in which it was shipped, with the tag.
